Melonie's Story
Life
I live in Caldwell. I married Tracy Hostetler from Castleford, Idaho. Together we have five children ages 11, 10, 9, 6, and 5. Tracy is in the Air National Guard and has returned safely from Iraq. We have a happy life with lots of noise and love. I have new appreciation for my mother and what she has done to raise me and my four siblings.
College
I went to the College of Southern Idaho right after graduatio...Expand for more
n and majored in business which was not a fit for me. I returned in 1999 to major in Nursing and graduated with my ASN in 2001.
Workplace
I work at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise. I love being a nurse. I work with patients ranging from renal failure, pnuemonia, palliative care, alcohol/drug withdrawal. It is challenging and I learn something new every day which keeps me sharp and on my toes!
