Life
Attorney and Mediator since 1998. Licensed in TX now only. Retired from Washington State Bar Association and Utah State Bar since January 2025. Solo attorney practicing as McKELL GRAFF, PLLC, Legal & Conciliation Services, in Amarillo, TX. Prior law firm by the same name (now dissolved) in Vancouver, WA, founded in 2003. Limited practice as a court appointed attorney representing parents, and mediator in other cases, in Child Protective Services matters in select Texas Panhandle counties, along with a little estate planning by referral. My husband, Eugene M. Graff, Esq., represents Texas Family & Protective Services in other counties.

Personal:
Married to Eugene M. Graff, 1990. Gene is an amateur photographer with an Art undergrad degree. Home is Amarillo, TX. We moved from WA to TX in May 2024. A life changing move, to be sure. We love living the prairie, which is full of canyons, ravines, deep washes, and a lot of wildlife. We live outside of town on three acres with many birds, deer, coyotes, bobcats, snakes, and porcupines. We hope to get another Westie this next year after losing our Westie girls, Fergie, in 2018, and Fiona, in 2019. Our cat, Kori Ander, needs company.
I have four adult children (1975 to 1982) and we have six grandchildren, (1999 to 2012). Our kids live in AZ (R. David), OR (Leah, Lisa), and WA (Rob). We are members of the Amarillo Area Bar Association and St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Canyon, TX.
