Meredith's Story
Life
I graduated from the University of Houston in May, 2004 with a Bachelor of Music (oboe). Finished my Masters in Music Performance at Texas Tech University in May of 2006, and graduated in August 2009 with a Ph.D in Fine Arts (Arts Administration). I hope to get a job as the head of a performing arts society, manager of an opera house, something like that someday. But for now I hope to move to Austin and work with the Texas Commission on the Arts to help fight for arts education in schools. We'll see how that pans out.

I got married on May 20, 2007 (after dating since our senior year of High school). We still live in Lubbock, and Chris works as a Test Engineer for X-Fab (company that makes computer chips or something complicated). I used to work for the Lubbock Symphony Orchestra but moved to a position at Texas Tech University in the School fo Music. We don't have any kids or plans for kids anytime soon.
I have the free classmates.com membership, so I can't see when anyone signs my guest book, etc. But, I'm on facebook now if anyone wants to look me up!
