Merry's Story
2017
March 29, 2014 I lost my Dad. He was very ill for a long time and we knew it would be soon. I will miss him very much.
My mom still lives in the same house where I grew up in Highland since 1967 when I started in the third grade at Cole Elementary. I always look for friends from San G and the neighborhood when I visit her in Highland and when we go somewhere to eat or shop in San Bernardino, but I never see anyone I went to school with. Maybe everyone has just grown older and we don't recognize each other.
41 years since graduation in 1976.
My husband and I bought our home in the fall of 1985 and married one year later in 1986. We are still at the same location after all this time, seems like yesterday.
My oldest son was born April 1977. He has his own son. Yes, I am a Grandmother already. I guess that's what happens when you start young.

My grandson was born September 2004. He's growing up fast. Loves to ride dirt bikes and loves motorcycles. All boy.
My youngest son was born January 1989. He graduated from high school June 2007 and graduated with his Bachelor of English in 2012.
We have an old motor home and love to go camping at beaches and the Colorado River in summer time. Also go camping in the high desert around Victorville and Hesperia for dirt bike riding.
I'm close with my family and friends, love going places, seeing shows, eating out and shopping. Pretty boring I know, but that's about it.
I attended our ten year reunion in Ontario 1986 and also the multi class reunion that was held in September 2000 at the Industry Hills Sheraton.
Hoping 2017 will be a prosperous and fun year for all my family and friends, and hope to meet up with some of my old classmates soon.
