Micah's Story
My life since high school hasn't exactly been what I thought it would be ... college was a blast, of course, but I never found that special someone that I thought I would. Add to that, since I graduated, it's been difficult to find gainful employment. But hey, life is different for everyone, yeah?
I lived in Washington, DC for about two years or so after college... just doing odd jobs at first. I tried grad school, but the program was more an ego-boost for the director than anything else, so I withdrew....Expand for more
But I managed to land a temporary adjunct professorship at Galllaudet for three semesters. But the end of the 2006-2007 school year signaled that my contract wasn't going to be renewed, so I relocated back to Portland and got a job at a senate campaign. That's been a blast so far! Hopefully I'll still have a job after the Oregon primary! To those who are reading this, drop me a line. I'd love to hear from my old friends from Cleveland and Sellwood ¿ and if any MLCers are reading this, do look me up!
