Michael's Story
After high school I had some odd jobs and continued to be the guitar hero I always wanted to be. Shortly after i filled out one of those silly little tests from Wisconsin School of Electronics and somehow enrolled in Madison for that. I continued to play in bands while going to school and enrolled in another school called Madison Media Institute for recording. Yup, definitely band related, but I quit the band and swore off playing music do to something called LSD. No not acid, this LSD stands for Lead Singer Disorder and I couldn't take it anymore. ida and I lived happily ever after.
Well, actually not quite. Around 2004 I got my first touring gig with a band out of NY called Brand New. You've probably never heard of them, but if you have kids, they certainly have. Now I lived happily ever after moving from band to band travelling around the world. Some of the tours I have done are Brand New (for 4 years), Sevendust, Marillion, Hedley, Warped Tour (3 years running for me) and currently with The Plain White T's who are best known as the band who wrote "Hey There Delilah." I have been to Australia 3 times, Hawaii a few times, Japan once, Europe countless times, along with most of North America.
Everyone should come hang out with me July 3rd at Summerfest when the T's play :)
