Michael Bennett:  

My wife and I met while reenacting the Revolutionary War in 1985. She came out as our camp cook. We met at events for about three months before we stared dating. On our first date, I stood at her front door and looked at her proclaiming " oh, so thats what you look like" (we had only seen each other only in 18th century clothes prior to that. After about a year and a half, we were married where we met in the 18th century, we had a colonial wedding and reception. We had period musicians, food, drink, candle light and dancing. We still hear comments on our wedding to this day. It must have worked we've been married 36 years. My Kids I now have two children from my current marriage that I have raised and am very proud of, Lucinda, age 35, has a degree in fashion designer and Art History and a MFA Degree Critical Studies. Virgil, age 35. is a Degree in Gemology and currently works in synthetic stones at Brillant Earth in Canton. Both have my humor (although my wife has'nt decided if that's good!), both have reenacted with me since they were six weeks old and we carried them around in grapevine baskets. They both enjoy school, travel, history and anime. Our Pets We currently have... six cats, we had three (all adopted and the a stray came by and decided this was the place live, The stray first thought to be a male but "surprise!" she was a female and pregnant, she had five kittens and we were able to give away four (one was brought back one day later, the new owner couldn't deal with her???) so now we have Anna, 12 yrs, Yuri and Capt. Hook, both 5yrs., Dorry Ann (the mother) 3 1/2 yrs. and her daughters Tibby and Rosie, 2 1/2. All are cool and feeding time is fun to watch the stampede!
