Michael's Story
Life
Following High School, I worked on getting my Private Pilots license (thanks to the ground school class offered at BD), and I traveled doing car stunts with the Joie Chitwood Thrill Show. From 1982-85 I was enlisted in the US Army as a Helicopter Crew Chief. While stationed at Fort Ord, CA, I met and married my wife Barbara. Then, in 1987, I went to college to prepare for full-time ministry. I have served on staff at three churches as youth pastor, a School teacher, and a Senior Pastor. In January 2008, I left the pastorate to become a full-time teacher at a college in Oklahoma City, OK. My wife and I have 4 children - Nick (24); Luke (20); Nathaniel (12); Katie (10). I truly enjoyed my high school years and love hearing from old friends.
