Michael C.'s Story
After 3 futile years at Aquinas college,I quit and started driving truck for my dad's company in Howell.After 31 years and 4 companies later, I found myself out of a driving job due to the automotive industries relocating to foreign countries. I joined my present financial company about 18 months ago and have never been happier, and have never looked back.
In the summer I like to hang out with my best friend on the lake on his pontoon boat.(we do that a lot) . I also have a passion for on line games. (massive multi player types).We , my friends and I, also like to go to the various casinos in the state.I love to read, but hardly have the time any more, but have listened to hundreds of books while trucking. I just recently returned to the Church after being away for about 35 years, I call this my "stupid". I have never been happier in my life because of this. It's now late 2015, I'm now working 2 jobs, soon to be only 1, and am still living in South Lyon.. I have been a cashier at Walmart for 7 yrs, but I'm planning on leaving there after the first of the year.. I also work at a company called Trijicon.. located in Wixom.. I've been there for 4 yrs and plan on staying there til I retire.. we make, in my opinion, the world premier rifle scopes for the military, law enforcement, and hunters.. our newest has been voted the best scope of the year .. I work there as a repair tech.. we get a lot of used scopes from the Marines, from combat locations, and repair them so they can be used again.. I love what I do and hope I can continue doing it for quite a few years longer.(to be continued).
