Michael's Story
Life
After college, I worked with developmentally delayed adolescents for five years at the WE Fernald State School in Waltham, Massachusetts, before going to business school. Since then I have worked with social change and development organizations, doing management development, hr consulting, and strategic planning.

onewall Communities Lifelong Learning Institute. I live in Cambridge, Mass. with my partner of 20 years, a golden retriever, and a Burmese cat.
College
Studied English, anthropology, history and Romance Languages at Dartmouth College. Majored in Romance Languages (French and Spanish), was apprentice teacher in French. Foreign study in Strasbourg.
Got MS in Mgt from MIT in 1982, where I studied Organizational Change, International Management, and Operations.
