Michael's Story
Life
I guess I am on track! I really don't know and I don't care. I have accomplished alot in my life so far and I have seen more of this world than any 10 people usually have the honor to see. I have no regrets, and I am happy. So I guess that's what's important.
I own a house in Eagle River, Alaska and I am loving it up there! I am a Flight Paramedic for an emergency 911 helicopter system. I love my job, I have even delivered 5 babies. I was a firefighter for a long time but it didn't have same rush as flying. So to answer the question, "have I met my life goals?" I would have to say yes.
School
I went to Eureka High School my Freshman through Junior year. Then I moved to Colorado and finished up there. I regret not keeping in touch with all my old friends from Eureka. So i...Expand for more
f you were my friend I apologize to you... I guess I am trying to make up for lost time now!! After my Senior year I went to College in Durango, Colorado. I really don't remember that year!! Too much fun I guess, I had a 1.9 gpa if that tells you anything! Then I was off to serve my country. Later, I did finish up college in Florida at University of Central Florida in Orlando. I received a Bachelor Degree in Crimianl Justice. And, I do remember all that!
Military
I have been stationed all over the world. Japan, Russia, Germany, the Middle East, and Somalia. I enjoyed the military it made me grow up a lot. It made me realize that the United States is a great place to live. I was assigned to a Search and Rescue Division. My job was to retrieve downed pilots and injured soldiers.
