Michael's Story
Life
Been married for over 7 years now. My wife, Emily, and I have three kids, a five year old girl a three year old boy, and a baby boy. Just wish I didn't have to spend 12-14 hours at work every day so I could see them some more.
Military
Living my childhood dream as an Air Force pilot. After pilot training I spent 4 years flying the KC-10A, where I was an Aircraft Commander. Been around the world several times and gone to...Expand for more
a lot of cool places (and a few miserably hot ones...) Towards the end of 2006 I took an assignment flying the T-6A as an Instructor Pilot. It's a rewarding but tiring job. We take people without any real flying experience and teach them aerobatics, Instruments, Navigation, and Formation. After a few years of this I'm looking forward to returning to the KC-10. As for making the military a career... stay tuned, I'm not sure.
