College
I went to CU, started out in Aerospace Engineering, and realized quickly I did not want to be an engineer (nor did I want to spend my college days in the School of Engineering). So I went into Architecture, but quickly realized I would make no money being an architect, unless I was very lucky and had contacts all over the industry (which I did not). I did meet my college sweetheart though in this program, so it was well worth the stop. Anyways, I then moved into what I enjoyed, knew I could be successful at, and...Expand for more
what made my college career much more enjoyable...the School of Business. There, my major allowed me to be the first student enrolled in a new 5-year Bachelor's & Master's degree program, in the Interdisciplinary Telecommunications Program. I graduated in '99 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business and a Master's Degree in Telecommunications. I dated one, fantastic girl pretty much all throughout college (Holly), but we did not end up together, as I moved out of state upon graduation to take a job. College was a hell of a fun time. I'm still an avvid Colorado Buffaloes fan - despite accusations of drinking and sex scandals...isn't that just called college?
