Michael's Story
Life
After graduating from PCH I attended Pueblo Junior College and received my Associate of Science degree and then went to Colo. University for one more year working on my bachelors degree. Then I enlisted in the Air Force for four years and served one of my years in the Vietnam war in 1967-68. I was discharged in 1968 and returned to Pueblo where I became vice president of a family business, Silver State Travel Trailer Sales,Inc. selling & servicing RV's until 1980. still single, because all I seemed to do was work. I sold the business in 1980 and kept the property which I still lease today and use to supplement my retirement. In 1980 I went to work for St. Mary-Corwin Hospital, working with Facility Management and in 1983 I meet a girlfriend that also worked at the hospital, Teri Pagnotta, and we married in June of 1985. The year 2000 was a bad year but also a good year. The bad part was that Me and Teri divorced and the good part was that I retired. Today me and Teri are still good friends, just can't live together, and I'm enjoying my active retirement wondering how I ever had time to work!!
