Life What can I say other than praise God for the life that I live. Unlike most kids that grow up in a particular school district and are one year from graduating High School I felt God calling me to move to Northern California with my Mom and twin sister Christy who left during my Junior year. While up in Northern California I moved to Livermore, CA and graduated from Granada High School. I took some time off after graduation and worked with the youth ministry at Cornerstone Fellowship in Livermore. I thought that the plans were set and I was going to be on staff and life was grand. God had different plans, he called me to serve in the Army. I spent 6 and a half years serving as an Airborne Infantryman at Ft. Bragg, NC, South Korea, and one tour in Afghanistan. The Army was a real growing time for me physically, emotionally, and spiritually. While in the Army I met my beautiful wife at the church I was attending at the time, Calvary Chapel Cary. We were married on February 2, 2001 at our church. Shortly after being married is when I came down on orders to go to Korea, which is a year long hardship tour. That was a real dark point in my life, but the Lord redeemed me, but upon returning to the states I was sent to a unit that was leaving for Afghanistan.
