Michael's Story
Life
Hello everyone...Wow, it's hard to imagine that 20 years have passed since our days at PAHS! And even harder to imagine is that I have been in contact with practically no one. I would love to catch up to some of my old friends.
What's up with me? I have been in education for the past 16 years, and I have been an Assistant Principal for the last 4. My first 14 years were spent at Pocono Mtn HS East and Stroudsburg HS. However, in 2007 I became an Assistant Principal in the Bethlehem Area School District at Freedom High School. So far the change has been great!
As you can see, I have a GREAT little girl. She is 9 1/2 and the apple of my eye. This picture was taken at my secretary's wedding in '07, and she was my date!
I just bought a new home in Nazareth and I could not be more psyched. Until recently however, I had resided in Pen Argyl for 5 years and before that, I lived in the Poconos.
My life, to say the least, has been interesting, but at the same time, it has been great. I am at a point in life where I am very happy with how things are going for me and my family.
I am a ...Expand for more
physical fitness freak. I try to lift at least four days a week..and I run on the backroads of Plainfield Township and Bushkill Township frequently. It must be a mid-life thing...staying in shape to stave off "old age". Ha Ha...I feel great, and I know I am in better shape than guys 15 years younger than me.
Anyway, I would love to catch up with some of you, hear how things are going, etc. Hit me up.
School
I have fallen out of contact with Donna, Dawn, and so many others. I would love to touch base with them again sometime.
Most inspiring teacher? Wow, this is a tough one, there were lots. I loved Mrs. Ronca, Mr. Male, Ms. Anderson.... I cant say I had a favorite, because they were all great and inspiring. (Guess that's why I do what I do today).
Craziest times: Partying at "The House" in Roseto. Donna knows what that means VERY WELL.
Best Memory, knocking off Bangor in a Saturday afternoon basketball game at our gym (49-45). Even though they went on for still another Colonial League Championship, we were able to say "We beat them". And our stands were PACKED!!!! Awesome times!!!
