Hi Friends, NOTE I attended the 20th and 50th reunions. My only regret is that I did not get more time with the many people in attendance. I guess I would call this my life story. After BW, I went to WVU where I received a BA in Psych in 1977. I worked in that field for 3 years near Philadelphia. Then, I went back to WVU where I received a BS in Electrical Engineering in 1985. I moved to the Boston Region in 1985 saying that I'd give it 3 years. Well, I'm still near Boston. Roots developed and it is a nice area. I dislike the winters but they have been getting milder. My retirement will start here with a TBD attitude about the future. Along the way, I took other classes on technical topics. I enjoy understanding how communications systems worked. In 2011,. I received my masters in Information Assurance from Northeastern University in Boston. I enjoyed the interactive nature of the program and I miss it. I am retired now. I worked as a senior principal systems engineer (network engineer) for General Dynamics, Basically, I have been with the same company and people since 1985. As a DoD contractor, I supported government work on secure voice and data terminals. I married in 1985 and have a daughter (born 1987) and a son (born 1992). You never stop being a parent and time still passes too quickly. My wife of 40 years, Andrea, somehow manages to put up with me ;-) Normally, I returned to Cumberland/Ridgeley at least once a year. My daughter, a wildlife biologist that has trained and worked in probably a dozen states through career, started working for the the state of VA and then took a position with the state of WV.
