Michael's Story
Military
OK, I guess I'll start from the top. I went in as an MP and transfered into the CID (Criminal Investigation Division) to fight drugs in the military. Then I transfered into the Reserve Special
Operations arena where I really found my niche. After ten years in Psychological Operations, I was asked to join the 12th Group Special Forces command as an A team leader. I stayed with them for
3 years down in LA but had to bail because my acting career was really taking off. I moved back to Placerville for a while and started
teaching again and got into the 91st training division and quickly became their senior simulations instruc...Expand for more
tor and down range coach. After five years with them, I got the itch to get back into Special Ops. I went to school for Civil Affairs and took a branch transfer.
I was immediately sent to Kosovo where we made a huge difference in many people's lives. Upon returning to the states, I get an assignment to DLI to learn Korean. I spent almost three years in Korea using the language skills they gave me. I returned home only to recieve orders to Iraq. I was offered a civilian position and stayed on for another two years. That's about it, if any of you guys remember me from duty anywhere, drop me a line. I would like to hear from you. Mike.
