Life
Owner/Operator of West Coast British since 4/81. Opened "OffRoad Experience" off-road school/excursion company in late 1990 (as seen in Playboy, June 2000, pg 49 and on KGO-TV News in Dec 2000). Business office is located in Livermore, near the airport. Our site is offroadexpereince (dot) com
Married in '88, but now divorced. We 3 guys just bought a house in Dublin... now I'm Mr Mom with 2 small boys: Richard 11, Peter 6 as of today (6-13-00).
Been racing motorcycles, seems like forever, semi-retired now (from road racing) after winning numerous races and championships on Triumphs and Ducatis. Still race vintage MX now & again on a '65 BSA 250. Just bought my boys a Yamaha 80! Now have to get me a toy! 8/19/02: Richard got a Honda XR100 for Christmas past, and Peter (now 8) rides the Yam 80. Me? I bought a TTR250. I also recently bought a 1967 Land Rover Wagon, the same one my mum use to drive! 4/2003: I just married Danielle Valatka in Old St Raymonds in Dublin!

Update: Jan 2011: Div 4 years now, Son Richard is a Cpl in USMC, Peter is a moron, and Andrew 7. I have a Grandson 2 & GrandDaughter 4-mo. Still running my shop... retired from Road Racing bikes at end of 2004. Began racing a MGB in SCCA EP in 2010.
Up-date: April 24,2026; OMG im 67... Move to Oakdale 2 years ago (sold hosue next to Cabanna Clun) Moved shop from Livermore or Modesto 2026-lost lease! he later was GULF Ford GT40s & GULF 917 Por) My dad joined in spring 1952 as race mechainc. He's been at the first ever F1 race of todays series Silverstone May 1950. In 1955 dad joined MG (get my mane now??) MG/BMC Competition Dept as #2 guy withr Marcus Chambers; he hired 6 drivers for LeMans 24-hour race, one being Ken Miles. Ken would convince my dad to come to America in Feb 56 and was his sponsor! Tony Paravanno was mums sponsor, she came in Aug (go goggle TonY). Dad was crew cheif for Tonys Ferrari's & Masers'... He gave Dan Gurney his first test ina Ferrari! Cant make this stuff up. I knew MANY drivers, yes Carroll Shelby too since 1958 (Mum knew him since 1954 when he walked in her office!). My firts race as a baby was LA Times Grtand Prix at Riverside International Raceway; Aston had send Roy Salvadori with the DBR1, dad was now Resident Engineer for Asston martin of all North America! In 59 then send Moss with DBR2. Im the LAST PERSON EVER to win at Riversiide on my Ducati in 1988 (last race of the day) I goes on and on.
My oldest Richard (37) is a retired Staff SGT USMC; Peter (32) drived heavy equiment, & Andrew (23) is retired US ARMY Para! Peter & I going to FRANCE (again in 2026) to see Grandad; Richard George Green was Killed in Action 1 Spt 1918 at the Somme, Royal Artilery (Andrew George & I found his grave on 1 Sept 2018); We have aanother we located who Peter is teh splitting image of who KIA at Flanders Field Mar 7, 1917 was neer found. My dad was called up Sept 1, 1939 to report in he was a Desert Rat, British Army captured in Eqypt 6 miles west of El Alamein, spend3 yrs in POW camp in Italy then Dresden!
