After graduating DHS, I went to the University of Arkansas getting a BA in political science in 1990 I was active on campus including being a member of Delta Upsilon Fraternity, IFC student court, Greek Week committee chair and more. ocated to San Francisco then Chicago. In 2014, I was able to work from home and we moved to Arizona. Over 12 years ago, I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. In February 2022, I started the Virta Health and was off insulin & Ozempic i less than a month. 7 months into the program, I was under 200lbs for the 1st time since college. We live in Phoenix with our dog Rocket and the memories of our fur babies that have crossed over the Rainbow Bridge.
