Wow my story? Like that program “Forbidden History”. Graduated, that’s still blurry how that happened. Joined the Marines thereafter, boot camp was paybacks or Karma. Received an honorable discharge, yeah, still blurry. Got home only to find out that for some reason home wasn’t home, it never feels the same. I guess I grew up, yeah right! Rejoined the construction industry went on and had a great 40 year career with the most unbelievable stories. Raised 3 great sons along the way, all are good. Construction being what it is takes it’s toll on a relationship multiple times, but I’m no quitter! Lol. I finally figured it out. It had a lot to do with my mouth. I kinda simi-retired 2 years ago, had enough, I’ve always wanted to help people a spend mass amounts of other peoples money, so I became a storm chaser. HLS/FEMA property claims adjuster for major catastrophes hurricane Laura and Delta, been to some cool places. Deployed 10 months 7 days a week 80-90 hours a week. Didn’t see that in the fine print. Working cat hurricane claims for USAA helping broken veterans and their families. Very humbling and an honor to be back with the guys who served. Heard a few stories from some people from our class that things aren’t always how they look. For 45 years, I always thought the the class of 76 were family, no matter who, what, when or where.
