Life
Hi Everyone,
Like a few others have said, I'm here writing in hopes of reconnecting with some old friends.
I attended the University of South Florida after a couple years at St. Pete J.C. Got an undergrad degree in Mass Communications. Then worked 5 yrs at Clearwater Public Library while I got my Masters in Library Science. Took a job at the public library in Appleton. I still work at the library, though the role has changed and of course nearly everything about libraries has changed over the last 30 years except that they still check out materia...Expand for more

Workplace
After college, I got a job at the Clearwater Public Library. I worked there for 5 years. While there I went back to USF and got my Masters in Library Science. After school, I landed a professional position at the Appleton Public Library as the Collection Development Librarian in 1981. I held that post until 1998, when I took over management of all of Technical Services at APL. We also coordinate cataloging for about 50 libraries in NE Wisconsin.
