Overcoming Unfounded Adverse Credibility Findings: I uncovered a classified, officially sanctioned program intended to fraudulently reduce asylum grant rates, targets & refouls refugees from 60 `undesirable' countries. Department of State (DoS) is a political not an academic institution, their publications intended to advance US domestic/foreign policy. Permanent US resettlement of every refugee is inconsistent with US policy. I caught DoS Country Desk Officers fabricate/peddle historical revisionism in case-specific Advisory Opinions, Country Reports on Human Rights Practices, Intl Religious Freedom Reports & now defunct Profiles of Asylum Claims & Country Conditions Reports to any asylum officer & immigration judge gullible enough to buy them to undermine refugee credibility & predicate fraud based refoulements. Trial Attorneys (TAs) solicit fraudulent findings of document fraud regarding petitioner CoO issued IDs, judicial & medical records, news articles, from US Embassy/Consulate Fraud Prevention Investigators (FPIs) & Forensic Document Lab FDL/HSI Questioned Document Examiners (QDEs) engaged in credentials fraud. Reverse engineering of 100+ reports illuminated content of a fraud-based copy/paste editorial playbook. See 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals decision 09-2524. Despite evidence of >51% post-repatriation persecution or worse, that a person or group within the CoO their govt cannot/will not protect them from, or by the hand of own govt, > 50% are refouled.
I contributed to some of the highest profile US asylum, denaturalization & deportation cases by providing access to internationally known/respected country-experts. I identified, trained & amassed nearly 400 expert witnesses from the US, Canada, Europe, Caribbean, Central & South America & Africa. We had direct access to more academic expertise than the DoS with the value-added bonus of verified credentials, peer reviewed publications & competency, employing elevated standards of objectivity, intellectual honesty, ethics & professionalism. It is a privilege to know, train/mentor, call colleague & friend so many intellectually gifted, ethical & selfless professionals. With each case & in great detail they illuminated the complex sociology & geopolitical tectonics of more than 100 refugee producing nations from so many petitioner-specific perspectives. We leveled the judicial playing field of & saved many petitioners from corrupt EOIR/TAs/IJs/USCIS/FDL/HSI/FPI officials, inept attorneys & attorneys from themselves.

I developed what became the legal argument, silent sister to the moral basis for lifting the US arms embargo against B-H by challenging the High Contracting Party (HCP) status of the US & others to the 48 G-C. Article 1 mandates HCPs prevent & punish Genocide. With spectacular results I publicly challenged via radio/TV/in-person, Warren Christopher, Tony Lake, Madeline Albright, Col Harry Summers & Pres. I uncovered the Clinton Administration classified editorial policy prohibiting public reference to Genocide by US officials

11. Malaysia: Amb. Razali Ismail, UN Mission. Debating him at Princeton, I convinced him to pressure his government to become a High Contracting Party (HCP) to the 48 G-C. After quoting from his 1 speech + 2 others given by his 1st Secretary to the UN General Assembly, wherein each invoked the term `Genocide' in the context of war in B-H, I challenged him to reconcile his government's use of the "G" word, albeit not yet a HCP to the 48 G-C. Following nearly 30 seconds of silence, he said, "I told them, I warned them, I told my government that sooner or later someone was going to take & use our rhetoric against us & you just did!" The next month, Malaysia became a HCP to the 48 G-C

I developed/publicized a series of questions facilitating an objective & authoritative means of determining whether or not Genocide, as defined by Article 2 of the 48 G-C, War Crimes, Crimes Against Humanity &/or Crimes Against Peace as both defined & condemned under IHL, either have &/or are occur(ed)(ing) in a given conflict.
I developed/publicized the phrase `geopolitical tectonics' describing the evolution of competing domestic internal/foreign interests & relations among nations analogous to the inelegant tension & violence associated with the planet's geologic tectonic plates. Initially introduced the term & concept at Princeton University & later via a Mutual Broadcasting Network's Larry King Show. Kansas Sen. Bob Dole then became the 1st known member of congress to publicly use it when discussing the multifaceted ethnic, religious, political & economic basis for conflict within the former Yugoslavia.
Following return from Louisiana in 1983, I met Fr Thadeus `Ted' Pelczar who had stopped in the Willingboro Acme to buy a tin of ground coffee. Recalling him to be a Dachau Concentration Camp survivor, I introduced my findings as a war crimes investigator advising that after WWII 1,000s of Nazi war criminals were recruited & illegally smuggled into the US by dozens of US intelligence agencies, many settling in South River, East Brunswick, Highland Park, Franklin Twp & Passaic NJ. Members of the Hungarian Iron Cross settled in Middlesex County, Ukrainian OUN & UPA in/around South Bound Brook, Romanian Iron Guardists in Trenton, Michigan & Ohio.
Mention of South River shocked Fr. Ted where for decades he traveled & said Sunday mass at St. Mary's Polish Catholic Church, unaware of the presence/significance of South River's Byelorussian Nazi population based at the other end of Whitehead Ave. Among them, those who planned, advocated, facilitated & butchered 25% of Byelorussia's pre-war population. A former Jewish temple became their church & a hub for a Nazi puppet government in exile which fled to & entered the US from Argentina, now located < 100' from a Polish American Legion Post. Eager to see it for himself, I accompanied him 1 day as he drove up & down South River & East Brunswick's quiet, tree lined streets stopping at very specific houses where he reviewed dossiers I assembled regarding the war criminal head of household of each. 100's more war criminals are buried in South River & East Brunswick Byelorussian cemeteries, many with huge tomb stones quantifying their historical significance during WW II. Still larger monuments honor Byelorussian fascism & the unique blood-stained contribution those interred in their shadows collectively contributed.
Dachau had a number of barracks reserved for priests & seminarians, 1 of which he was assigned to, confined in & awaited death. Jokingly, they referred to them as `the rectory' where daily they socialized, played cards & chess with and heard confessions of their armed German guards who warned, "Today we play games with one another, tomorrow we may have to shoot you. Don't take it personally." Sustaining him was his faith & the presence of so many detained religious colleagues. I asked, if you heard the confession of a war criminal, would you turn him in? No, he whispered. What if you learned outside confession? Slowly he turned his head, smiled, paused & said yes!
I developed/publicized the concept of "societal immersion" e.g. oil immersion lens on a microscope requiring application of oil on a slide to enhance magnification for more critical examination, as the single most time/cost-effective means by which to become proficient in a foreign language. I introduced it to Tim Ferriss, former Princeton student, employee analyst of my agency & author of several NYT Best Sellers who, in turn, offered it to Berlitz. Several companies around the world now employ the term/concept in their advertising.
