esidential property searches for Americans or non-Italian Europeans wanting to relocate to Tuscany or Umbria or wanting to acquire a vacation property. Turned 65 this last year (2009) and am enjoying the good life in Italy. Have decided to winter in Palm Springs. To that end I purchased a small condo there this last summer (2009).
