Michael's Story
For those who don't remember me... Remember the kid who always had his head in a Science Fiction novel during class, but could answer the occasional question asked by the teacher when called upon (not always right mind you). Well that was most likely me. Oily hair, skinny, awkward, slightly geeky, easy bait to pick on - yup that was me. We all had our friends while in school and a few of us actually kept up with them (not I, sort of why I signed up for this site). I'm a bit larger, a bit wiser and happier to boot. Anyway hope you remember me fondly as you skim through all this.
Oh yeah, Ummm joined the Army in '86
Copulated - Got married in '91. 1st Daughter born in '92. Went to College and became a Registerd Nurse in '94. Moved to Syracuse in '95 to be closer to her parents and give my kids a chance at a better education. Second daughter in '97. Son born in 2001. Divorce final in 2005.
3/06 - Well I'm engaged and we are looking for a bigger home (mine is a 2 bedroom ranch and hers is a 3 bedroom...Expand for more
apartment) We need a 4 bedroom with a bigger basement to put the boxes in - you know the boxes of stuff you pack but never unpack for a decade or so because you never should have packed it in the first place!!! Things continue to look up and I hope to make it to the reunion.
8/06 - I didn't make the reunion which pisses me off as I wanted to reconnect with a few folk. We have a new home though and things are finally starting to get ahead of things
4/08 - New Home, new job though still a nurse. Found my niche as a dialysis nurse. Living in sin - we get a better tax rebate that way. Added a dog to the family, Pepper, a clownie cardigan corgi. Little legs with alot of heart. Weight loss remains a continuous work in progress, especially since her cooking tastes so damn good...
12/08 - Alright so I'm shacked up with a wondrous woman in a house we own with two dogs, four cats, her son and every other weekend my three kids as well. Now if I could only get along better with my ex, life would be grand!
