After graduating Cardinal Gibbons High School in 1979, I worked for an office equipment company in Fort Lauderdale for ten years. I attended Broward Community College working on my Business Administration degree, and learned the office equipment business from the back door to the front, eventually becoming the Vice President of the firm in the mid-80's. It was there that I got my break in 1979 and was invited to join a few other crazy people and be an extra in the cult comedy classic movie "Caddyshack". lder with nine offices throughout the state of Florida. As the housing market radically declined, the builder radically restructured, no longer needing my fulltime services. I am now an independent IT consultant helping individuals and small businesses resolve hardware, software, networking, and virus/malware issues throughout south and central Florida, and I am also a Licensed FHA Mortgage Broker, providing financial solutions for refinance, reverse mortgages, new construction loans, and commercial loans. I took up the mortgage business under the advice of a close associate, and have helped many people save thousands of dollars by refinancing at a lower rate or shorter term. As an FHA authorized reverse mortgage specialist, I've been helping seniors improve their quality of life during retirement. I'm married, living in Pompano Beach, and involved in the Saint Coleman's Mens Club (stcmc.org) dedicated to helping the less fortunate in our communities live better lives.
