Michael Smith:  

Life I moved to Texas in 1983 to obtain training as a Physician Assistant. Rather than return to San Diego as planned, I stayed here, married my wonderful wife, Catherine Huet, and we have three great children, Nathan, Nick and Noelle. I am currently working on my Doctorate, teach part-time at Baylor College of Medicine, and work full-time for the Houston VA Medical Center. I've been selected for the rank of Commander in the Naval Reserve, so life is definitely not dull! My wife is a full-time mom and part-time psychotherapist for a local Christian Counseling Center. Our faith and love is the glue that holds all of this together! Would love to hear from my classmates, and would love to play a role in planning our next class reunion in 2006! School I have great memories of Hilltop High School, and my friends that I grew up with. I remember how shy and self-conscious I felt as a sophomore, but was determined to reach out and make friends. Thankfully, due to the Campus Life program and the friends I made there, I became a Christian, which was the best thing I've ever done in my life, and this also opened up my social life.
