Life has been good. Met my wife while serving overseas in Germany and got married in Michigan (she's a Army Veteran and was raised on a farm in Michigan) in 1975. We have one Son, Daughter in law and two grand children who live in Saginaw Michigan. My wife And I live in Northern Michigan outside Traverse City to the East about 25 miles in the Lake Michigan "Snowbelt". Upon leaving the Army in 1976 I went to work for a small city in central Michigan for a couple of years working in the water and wastewater departments. I changed jobs and worked for a different municipality while attending Michigan State University, taking State drinking water and wastewater treatment certification exams and working my way up to become Public Works Superintendent and finally Manager.
