Michael's Story
Life
I successfully pursued my dream of perpetual studenthood until the 31st grade. Brutal reality then forced me to actually get a job. I now am an academic neurologist at the University of Pittsburgh, subspecializing in headache. My daughter, Kerry, and my son, Mitchell, are currently students at Pitt and, ideally, will leave school earlier than I did. For myself, I can't wait to retire...Expand for more

May, 2015 Update. Both children are in China. Kerry is in Beijing on a two-week, U Pitt Business School junket. Mitchell is in Guangzhou for one year, teaching English as a foreign language. Ideally, he will return to Pittsburgh after his year is finished and resume his Info Science career, but not before Nancy and I visit him.
