After graduation in 1971, I remained in the D.C. till Feb 1973. I was one of the lucky ones that got caught up in the last of the draft. I joined the Air Force. After some training in San Antonio and Denver I was assigned to Langley AFB, Va. I had married Cindi Riggins and we remained together until 1976, I believe. Anyway, we had two children and I got custody of the two yr old boy, who is now 34 and lives in the same city as me. In 1979, I was transferred to Denver, where I became an instructor.
