Michael's Story
I moved to Westlake in 1953 and attended school there from kindergarden through 9th grade. Attended Westlake School, Olympia School, Ben Franklin Jr. High, and Westmoor High School. After 9th grade, I moved to Millbrae where I attended and graduated from Mills High School. After high school, I went to UC, Berkeley, and Long Beach State. After I retired from the Air Force, I then taught high school (Science and Social Studies) for 18 years, living in Papillion, Nebraska. I am now retired and looking forward to my third career, whatever that will be. I've been married for 49 years and have two daughters, a son, and five grandchildren. Perhaps playing with the grandchildren will be my third career.
