Note; sacrificing doesn't mean that we live in constant sadness; instead it would be the opposite, our contentment with sacrifice should be apparent by a sincere smile, since true sacrifice can't occur unless it includes total commitment and joy. Sadness would indicate that we're not really sacrificing, but perhaps instead are feeling coerced, and in our hearts, we truly aren't committed to going through with it.".
