Michael's Story
Life
Well here is the scoop:
I would have graduated from Vanden with the class of 91, but dad retired from the AF in '88. I attended all the schools on the base at the time. I played Baseball and Basketball at the Youth Center Leagues, ans Soccer in the Faifield Susuin Rec Leagues.
We moved to Beaverton, OR; a suburb of Portland.
I graduated from Aloha High School there in 91, went to Portland State, where I got my BS in political science. Dabbled in politics: meaning interned both back in Washington DC and Salem, Oregon. Did the Student Government thing and Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity. Ran my college buddies State House race and won.

Sales gig for a bit hated it, worked for a software co here in Beaverton as a recruiter then hit the wall, the unemployment wall that is. The High-Tech Sector took a dive in Oregon. Tried to sell Insurance, but ended up back selling phones.
I am now married, and work for the Us Dpt or Treasury, IRS. I am not a "Thug." I answer phone calls from people that have questions. I specialize in US Tax Treaties with foreign nations, and how they apply to foreign national living here and US Citizens living abroad. Plus payment plans and other account corrections.
It is a Federal Job, and a Career with the Government is a Good Thing.
