Life After high school I went to CLC for an associate degree in automotive repair. Never quite finished and ended up working at Wickstrom Ford for many years. I got married to a lovley lady from Mundelein in 1990. We moved to Tampa FL for a year and I still worked at a Ford dealership fixing cars. We returned in 1991 and bought a house in McHenry. I returned to Wickstrom for a couple of years but got tired for the whole mechanic thing. I went back to school at nights for a degree in electrical engineering technology. I graduated in 1994 and went to work for IBM fixing computers. My son Jeffrey was also born that year. That job sucked!!! I quit and went to work for small company in Spring Grove that makes automotive test equipment. I became head of their repair department and traveled to Korea to promote our equipment and teach there reps how to do repairs on the equipment.
