Michele's Story
Hello to all! Someone asked me to post this so here goes.
I married on June 7, 1975 a soldier at Ft. Myer. Only things I don't regret from that marriage are my two daughters. If you saw my oldest one you might think it was me. Ummm, no, I don't look that good! LOL Anyway I divorced him in 1984 (May) and married my second husband on June 9th. He too was in the military. We had two sons together.
I have lived from the east coast (duh!) to the west coast and parts in between. I average a moved about every 3 years. I am now in Vermont, although I would love to move back to VA someday.
As I said I have two daughters, 33 and 30, and two sons, 25 and 19. My oldest daughter has two children ages 12 (girl)and 10 (boy) and my 2nd daughter has three girls ages, 10, 9, and 5. They are all the apple of my eyes! I just left the...Expand for more
3 girls. Broke my heart to do it too! They live in VA and IN respectively. My oldest son lives in upstate NY near me and the youngest son stayed in IN near his sister and girlfriend and is in the Army National Guard.
I don't have an exciting life by it's all I got. I would love to hear from all my old friends. I hope whoever reads this and remembers me will drop me a hello. I am still friends with Theresa Gordon. We have remained best of friends since W-L! If you remember me going to Gore every weekend I will tell you that Mom still has the house up there and my brother and sister own their homes just below her. I have recently made contact with an old girlfriend I've known since I was in elementary school.
