Michele's Story
Life
After three years as a law student and part-time beach bum, I graduated law school in May 2003 and passed the Florida Bar in the summer. I moved away from the beach (sadly) and up to Tampa, where I shared a townhouse with my new husband David (also a lawyer) and my furry little monster dog Bailey. We got married on the beach in Jamaica in October 2004, and lived for another three years in Tampa. In the fall of 2007, we decided to move to the midwest and settled Kansas City. School
I started school in Eldon, Missouri at South Elementary, and continued on to Eldon Junior High until the 7th grade. In eigth grade my family moved to Overland Park, KS, where I attended Blue Valley Middle School and then Blue Valley High School. Sophmore year brought another move--to Westview High School in Martin, TN, where we stayed for a year before moving to Gallatin, TN, where I finally got to go to the same school for more than a year, and graduated Gallatin High School in 1996. From there, it was off to Wesleyan for undergrad, and Stetson for law school.
