Got married in 1992 then moved to Eugene, OR in early 1993. Stayed in Eugene until I moved to Colorado (by which time I was divorced) in 2002. ot to move back to Eugene after getting hired by Oregon State University in Corvallis, Oregon. I'm now on the faculty at the College of Business at OSU where I teach Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior and conduct research examining HR practices and knowledge sharing in organizations.
