Michele's Story
I went to college after HS for graphic arts/printing and after a few job changes due to declining market (all changed to internet!!!) I went back to school for Vet Tech. Graduated with AAS and became state & national Certified Veterinary Technician. (CVT) I work at both a "day practice" and an animal emergency clinic. I now live in Wisconsin, have some animals, and have renewed my passion for horses by getting a few and now I do Mounted Search and Rescue for the sheriffs dept and took 2nd in Extreme Trail with the S&R group. part of my life right now. I have a retired thoroughbred racehorse, a quarterhorse, and a national show horse. I also have a doberman, and two cats, one of which has 3 legs. I got one of my cats in 10th grade so he reminds me of fun times back then. The radio talks about "halloween 1991 blizzard" which also got me thinking (about crashing into a giant snowbank that night). I've got acreage which is just like where I grew up (but prettier) and I love it! My life is settling down now and I was curious to see who was on this site that I remember. I'm sure many people won't remember me though, since I was at GR for such a short time. :-(
