Michelle's Story
Life
After graduating, I went to LCCC then BGSU for a total of 5 1/2 years. Got married to a coastie and then divorced. When I finally started teaching in the classroom in 1997, I got the worst news any of us could get - my dad passed away from a massive heart attack. Needless to say I was upset. lic. I use to teach Reading to Severe Emotionally Handicapped boys in Maryland, but am now teaching in Prince George's County Public Schools and am loving it. I teach 6th graders, and boy do I see myself (or others) in them at times.
Hope to hear from some of you soon, you know it's getting close to 20 years (who'd have thought it would be that long).
