Michelle's Story

Life Life is great! I turned 42 this year and it's so hard to believe. I am married to Brian Finley (8 years this November) and we have a son (Christian) who's 5 years old. I am still working for the same company (E. Sam Jones) selling commercial lighting supplies in the Atlanta area, I've been there 24 years! We live in Loganville, Georgia in a new home. I am actively involved in my community with Jr. League and our church First Baptist Monroe where I'm a member of handbells, choir and Outreach leader for my Sunday School class. We also own our own Commerical Painting Company (Accurate Finishes) and it's going great! I am an advocate for the Susan G. Komen Foundation and raising money for Breast Cancer research. My Mother is a 13 year survivor and my sister (Christine Williams Nicholson - graduated from DCHS 1982) ...Expand for more
is currently in the fight against this dreaded disease. I will be walking the 3 Day 60 mile walk this Fall to support her in her fight! When we're not working we enjoy the outdoors. I like GT Football, Nascar, Baseball and most other sports. I also love to shop, (my friends call me Carrie from SATC) and I LOVE to entertain. Our house is the party house in the neighborhood where all the kids and adults like to hang out. I also enjoy skiing, running, reading and playing with my son. My son plays tee-ball and I love being the dug-out MoM!. My husband loves to hunt, ski ,race cars, 4-wheelers and motorcycles. He also coaches the tee-ball team all while managing his own company. We are having the best times of our life! Hope to see alot of my 1984 classmates next year to celebrate our 25th reunion! So hard to believe!
