Life
I went for a 10 mile run yesterday, (yes, me running--crazy I know!) Once the endorphins kicked in, I started thinking that my 18 yr old self would not believe who & what my 35 yr old self has been up to over these last few years. First of all, I'm running (like in races & half-marathons!). Second, I'm teaching yoga of all things and trying to focus my energies/auras/chackras or whatever you call them. Being a stay at home mom since 2002, I've made a lot of changes in my life. I'm a lot less high strung or high maintenance or at least I try to be...alcohol helps! (I guess that is why I married an alcohol distributor! JK!) I have 2 lovely little girls who fill my life & keep me running even when I'm not racing! I'm bl...Expand for more
essed w/ a generous, loving, and patient husband who puts up w/ my general craziness now and then. I am also thankful for my fabulous friends who keep me laughing even when I'm ready for a good cry. Our family travels a bit now that the baby is bigger...road trips are our method of torture for now! Driving to San Diego, L.A., Flagstaff, etc. will definately remind you of those vows we took (for better or worse, sickness/health, richer/poorer...) The trips to Europe will have to wait; but for now, my dreams have all come true. I can't complain...all I've ever wanted (and even some things I didn't even know I wanted) are all here under one roof. My cup runneth over & I pray that if you are reading this, yours is too!
