Hello everyone,
I love this Classmate thing even thoughI haven't seen anyone since moving to Atlanta, GA with my husband in 1982. Come to think of it, haven't seen most of my relatives since I got married in 1979. Anyway, I became an LPN after high school and woked in Plattsburgh (where I lived) and then at CHP in Latham before moving to Atlanta. just turned 19 and is at Western Carolina University in NC majoring in film and television production.
I went back to school at 40 and became an elementary school teacher and am now working on a Master's degree in early childhood education.
At 50, I took up running 5K races. My third race I won a second place medal in my age category. It was prettty exciting! Now I just train and run a race every month - whether I need it or not!
