Mickey's Story
Back then, everybody knew me as Mike. Jess, AKA Yolanda Ramirez, started calling me Mick, because she thought I sang like Jagger.
I had to leave town because my parents were just too strict. We worked it out later.
I was a Nerd, or as we said back then, a Brain, until that evil rock music twisted my brain.
I have a '66 Annual to prove all of this.
I dropped out in '67. Got a General Equivalency Diploma at Galena Park...Expand for more
in '69. Took up the printing trade, and spent most of my adult life in Dallas.
Later, I got an Associate at North Lake College, Irving, and a Bachelor at UT Arlington. Yeah, this old hippie still has a couple of brain cells left. Now, I'm planning to go for a Master at Tech, Junction.
I was married to Mary Bell of Pasadena, Jeanne Griffin of Deer Park, and Virginia Wherry of Tucson. I have no children that I know of.
