Micki's Story
Life
I have been married for 25 years to my husband, Tim. Tim grew up mostly in Boulder but some in Wichita. I have three children. My oldest son,Chris, has a bachelor's degree in European History and lives in Prague. My second son, Tyler, got married in October 2008 and lives in Alabama. My baby, my daughter, Molly, is disabled and lives here in Alabama, with me and her dad. We have an acre and a half which backs up to the woods. We have a dog, a cat, a mini horse, a pygmy goat, two tree frogs, and a chinchil...Expand for more
la. I stay home to take care of my daughter but I sew and make crafts to sell. I am looking forward to having grandchildren. We have a quiet life.
School
Miss Gillespie and Mr. Long were my favorite teachers. I wish I had not been so shy in high school. My best friend was terminally ill and passed away my junior year so high school was a tought time for me.
College
NJC was a good experience for me. I lived with friends (not at home). I worked on campus at Community Services. We did a fair share of partying.
