I sure do miss the good old days, when things seemed laid back and less stressful. Many of you impacted my life in so many ways, mostly good! What did I learn from Rich East high school, that you could live your dreams and succeed in making them happen. With a lot of hard work of course, I have to admit I was a goof off in high school, when I got into college, I figured out that I'd better study and get serious or serve burgers for the rest of my life. I used to spend hours in the weight room while attending Rich East, mostly after school, a great place to think about your future. While in High School, I became a Christian and got involved with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. God is always there and keeps me going through the good and bad times. I have used my high school education as a foundation to better myself. I loved sports and used my love for sport and received my PhD in sports Medicine and a N.D.
