Mike's Story

Life Married with three kids, a girl and two boys (Kristin-27 w/her husband Logan Morris & Lilly our granddaughter, Michael-24, Kasey-20), I was in the USMC from 1981-85. I was then a correctional officer at Randolph Co. Correctional Ctr. for about 11 years. After that I started my sporting goods business. I use to own a sports contracting company American Sports Supply, Inc. in Asheboro, NC. I sold it & now have opened up a new sports installation company. Lived in Charlotte for 2 years & went to Tryon Hills Ele. & Eastway Junior High from 74-76, Grays Chapel 76-78, Eastern Randolph HS for freshman yr. 78-79, Easley HS sophmore and junior 79-81, joined Marine Corp. in 1981 went back to HS while in the USMC. Finished up at St. Louis HS, Honolulu received my diploma. Took a course in criminal justice at Chapman College in Kaneohe, Hi. After Marines, I took some college courses, went to Carolina Broadcasting School & went to NC Justice Academy.
