Life
I/we had 4 kids; Matt VP'98 & U of La Verne'02, John Henry VP'01 Bucknell '05, Allison VP'05 (and Michael from my previous x, OrangeHS '88..)
Hey VP & PeraltaJHS gang! My lovely wife of 47yrs Laurie and I have been living in Orange since '78. How fast can the time go by? After a short tour on AD w/Navy '72-75, I returned to NAS Miramar in the reserves in '82... In '85 they asked for volunteers for active Recruiting duty in the OC, done! Then all the military bases (Long Beach, El Toro, Tustin) were shut down in '91; I left the Navy for the Army as they carved out a recruiting spot in the OC for us. So, I retired from active duty in the armed forces (17yrs in Reserve Recruiting) in Nov '02. First Command Financial Planning was home til the bank fallout of '07, I left the insurance/investment business in '07, offered and finished up in the Federal Service USArmy MEPS Guidance Counselor retiring in '14. chool for Real Estate at Santiago Canyon for five semesters, however, no RE career for me at this age. Dejavu, I worked at Lowe's for a couple of years which is located on a former military base(MCAS Tustin) where I was stationed in 1985. Laurie has owned the Merle Norman Studio on Lincoln for thirty some years.
Our son Matt Major USA Ret) was a pilot (UH-60 Black Hawk) currently State American Legion VSO Sup.. Matt lives in Orange with his wife and two girls and a boy. John Henry graduated Bucknell University and is a Principal at JRM Construction. They live in Ladera Ranch with their two boys and a girl. Allison works as an Outside Sales Rep for Belgard Pavers in Sacramento.

Lots of bumps along the way, however, I wouldn't change a thing. And as I say often, forever is a long time...I think of all of you very often, great memories.
