Mike's Story
Life
I live in Newport Beach with my fiance. We are getting married in September 2005. We have two turtles, two Tivos and an ijoy massage chair (very important!).
For those of you who knew my family, they are are doing quite well and are generally very healthy. My Mom is good, sister Kim is married with two kids and Cindy lives in the Bay area. My Dad has even been inspired by what I do and has started producing television shows and documentaries as a second career.
College

Workplace
I've been working as a cinematographer for the past six years. I shoot film and video for commercials, television shows, feature films and corporate videos. I worked for four years as an Imax cameraman. You can look for some of my work in the upcoming Ewan MacGregor feature "Stay".
Being a cameraman is fun - lots of travel and exciting adventures. I spent three weeks in Ethiopia last year shooting the Nile and for a series of jobs in 2001 I actually flew around the world. (It keeps me off the streets, so to speak.)
