Mike's Story
My story is full of ups and downs, like everyone's is. I became a father while still in high school, scary and tough but I wouldn't change a thing, other than moving it out a few years and raising my daughter full time instead of sharing time from 1500 miles apart....
I moved shortly after high school to take an opportunity one of my brothers offered me in Arizona. I spent a couple years between there and northern California, then got an offer to move to Portland Oregon where I've been now for the last 19 years.
I visit GF fairly often to see family. I have my parents and 6 of my 8 ...Expand for more
siblings still living in the area. My daughter lives in Florida now and I need to get there more often now as she and her husband just had their first child :~)
I stay busy playing team sports, restoring/building cars and homes.
I'm lucky enough to work in a field that I love and have been with the same company for 18 years now. Looking forward to a trip to Germany during Octoberfest this year for a couple days of work and several days/nights of fun.
I hope you are doing well and look forward to hearing from anyone who remembers me.... I was a bit of a quite guy back then.....
