North Carolina School of Law in 2004. Workplace I am an attorney with a mid-sized law firm in Raleigh, NC. I do corporate and securities work, i.e., debt and equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions, etc. Previously, I had a similar, though far less enjoyable, practice with a large law firm in Philadelphia, PA.
